This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Boddington of Kenilworth in the County of Warwick Widow I give and bequeath to my Granddaughter Emma Charlotte Boddington my watch the Chest of drawers which stand in my Chamber and all my wearing apparel and I direct my executors to deliver the same to her immediately after my decease also I give and bequeath to my said Granddaughter Emma Charlotte Boddington a legacy or sum of one hundred pounds to be vested in and payable to her when she shall attain the age of twenty one years and I direct my executors in the meantime and until such legacy shall be vested and payable to apply the interest and proceeds thereof towards the clothing of the said Emma Charlotte Boddington and in case of the decease of the said Emma Charlotte Boddington before she shall attain the said age of twenty one years the said legacy or sum of one hundred pounds shall sink into and form part of my residuary personal Estate also I give and bequeath unto Mary the Wife of David ffancourt of Kenilworth aforesaid Baker the sum of nineteen pounds and nineteen shillings to be paid to her as soon as convenient after my decease and as to all the rest and residue of my personal Estate goods chattels monies securities for money and effects whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath the same unto my son Thomas Boddington to hold to him his executors administrators and assigns for his own absolute use and benefit I appoint Mr Joseph Ludlow of Birmingham in the said County of Warwick Butcher and my said son Thomas Boddington to be Executors of this my last Will and Testament and I hereby revoke all former Wills In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty eighth day of May one thousand eight hundred and forty three - Elizabeth Boddington
